At Brandon Wilde, residents are active, focused and living a life of purpose. And part of the reason for that springs from a deep commitment to wellness. Our commitment is most easily shown in our 36 hours of instructor-led classes held every week in our state-of-the-art Wellness Center. Out fitness area features Cybex equipment to help with cardio health and strength training. We also offer HUR fitness equipment designed especially for seniors. Plus, our Wellness Center features an indoor heated, saltwater pool and an activity room with TRX suspension training and low-impact flooring to cushion your movements, making exercising easier on your body.
