The Pavilion at Brandon Wilde Earns Exceptional Marks in Independent 2025 Satisfaction Surveys

The Pavilion, Brandon Wilde’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation neighborhood, recently received outstanding results in its 2025 satisfaction surveys, with families, residents, and employees all reporting levels of confidence, trust, and satisfaction, far above Georgia state averages.

The Pavilion provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care as part of the senior living community’s Life Plan continuum, supporting residents who require a higher level of medical care while helping them maintain their connection to the broader community.

The independently administered surveys, conducted by NRC Health in partnership with the Georgia Health Care Association, measured experiences across care quality, communication, trust, safety, and workplace culture.

Located in Evans, Georgia, Brandon Wilde offers independent living, personal care, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation all on one campus. The LifeCare® model allows residents to transition easily between levels of care as needs change.

2025 Satisfaction Survey Highlights

The Pavilion’s 2025 satisfaction surveys revealed consistently strong results across families, residents, and employees.

Family satisfaction averaged 95%, compared to the state average of 89%. Families consistently reported that their loved ones are treated with courtesy and respect, that staff understand and address health needs, and that concerns are handled in a timely manner.

Resident satisfaction averaged 94%, which is well above the Georgia average of 78%. Residents reported they feel respected by staff and confident in the team’s training and ability to meet their care needs. Notably, 100% of the residents who responded reported feeling safe and secure at The Pavilion.

“These scores almost seem made up, but I promise you they’re accurate,” said Zech Legendary, MBA, LNHA, CDP®, PMP®, Administrator of The Pavilion at Brandon Wilde.

Employee feedback was equally strong. Overall employee satisfaction averaged 99%, compared to a Georgia average of 74%. Staff consistently reported feeling valued, respected, and supported, with strong teamwork and opportunities for professional growth.

“When you look at the full picture, it tells us something very important: The families are happy, the residents are happy, and the staff are happy,” Legendary said. “And that all goes hand in hand with quality care and outcomes. When the organization takes care of its employees, it creates a trickle-down effect. Happy staff have higher morale, lower turnover, and stronger engagement. That energy is contagious. It carries over to residents and families, and shapes the entire atmosphere of the Pavilion.”

Brandon Wilde’s Strong Support for Employees Benefits Everyone

For Alexis Johnson, Director of Nursing, the results simply confirm what she sees every day.

“It’s a great place to work,” Johnson said. “Many of our team members have been here for a long time, and we build real relationships with residents and families. Because we are a Life Plan Community, we care for people at different stages of their lives, and that continuity creates trust.”

Johnson’s leadership is grounded in firsthand experience. She began her career at Brandon Wilde as a CNA, worked through nursing school as an LPN on every shift, advanced to RN with the support of Brandon Wilde’s scholarship program, and served in multiple leadership roles before becoming Director of Nursing.

“I’ve worked in every capacity here,” Johnson said. “That helps me understand the challenges our nurses face and support them more effectively.”

She added that Brandon Wilde’s investment in professional growth is a major driver of employee satisfaction and retention.
“When people feel supported in their careers, they stay,” Johnson said. “That stability benefits everyone—especially our residents.”

Care at The Pavilion is guided by Brandon Wilde’s Hospitality Promises, which emphasize courtesy, respect, accountability, responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail. These principles shape every interaction, from greeting residents by name to anticipating needs and listening closely.

“These aren’t just words,” Johnson said. “They’re expectations we live by every day.”
