Brandon Wilde Hosts “SOUPer Bowl Against Alzheimer’s” Cook-Off

Brandon Wilde recently kicked off Super Bowl weekend with its annual SOUPer Bowl Against Alzheimer’s Cook-Off, bringing residents and team members together to raise funds for the Georgia Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.

Nearly 20 homemade soups, chilis, and specialty crockpot recipes were prepared and sampled, with guests purchasing $1 tastings or $5 bowls to support the cause. The friendly competition showcased the community’s culinary talents while raising awareness for a cause that impacts more than 183,000 Georgians living with Alzheimer’s and the 374,000 caregivers who support them. With Nick Proto, WRDW anchor as a guest judge, the event was delightful from start to finish.
