LifeCare® gives Brandon Wilde residents guaranteed access to the full continuum of on-campus care – personal care, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation – at predictable monthly rates well below market costs. As health needs change, monthly fees remain stable, protecting residents and their estates from the financial unpredictability of aging.
The IRS also recognizes a portion of both the entrance fee and the monthly service fee as potentially deductible medical expenses. Consult your tax professional for specifics. Brandon Wilde offers both Type A LifeCare® and Type C fee-for-service contracts to fit different planning priorities.
What Your Costs Cover
Moving to Brandon Wilde involves two primary costs: an entrance fee and a monthly service fee.
The entrance fee is a one-time upfront payment that varies based on the residence you choose and the number of occupants; a portion of it may be refundable to you or your estate.
The monthly fee covers independent living costs, including:
- All maintenance, both inside and outside your home
- Access to all community amenities, dining venues, and programming
- Flexible meal plans
- Regular housekeeping, which includes flat linen service
- Utilities, except cable and telephone
