                                                      DINING

Sous Chef – Full time position; must work flexible weekdays, weekends and holidays.  Hours/Shifts:  12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m.  Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum 5 years experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant/country club, hospital or school.  Culinary Arts Degree not required; however candidates with this degree must possess a minimum of 3 years cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant/country club, hospital or school.  Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required.  Scheduling and purchasing experience is preferred.

Cooks –  1 Full time position and 1 Temporary Position ; must work flexible weekdays, weekends and holidays.  Hours/Shifts: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. as needed.  Prepares food and assists in the serving of meals; must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and minimum one year experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, country club, hospital, school or nursing home.

Wait Staff – Part time positions; must work flexible weekdays, weekends and holidays.  Hours/Shifts:  11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Wait Staff Team Leader – Full time position; must work flexible weekdays, weekends and holidays.  High School Diploma or equivalent required as well as experience in fine dining.  Hours/Shift: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.


                                                HEALTH  SERVICES

RN Supervisor – 1 Full time evening position; must possess current Georgia RN license.

RN’s and LPN’s – Part time/PRN all shifts and/or weekends; must possess current Georgia RN or LPN license.

C.N.A’s – 2 Full time evening positions and 1 Full time night position; completion of a Nursing Assistant Training course with current certificate required and must be currently on Georgia State Registry; must have current CPR certification or receive certification within 60 days of hire.

C.N.A’s – Part time/PRN positions all shifts and/or weekends; completion of a Nursing Assistant Training course with current certificate required and must be currently on Georgia State Registry; must have current CPR certification or receive certification within 60 days of hire.
