Entrance
Fee Plans - As with most Lifecare communities, Brandon
Wilde residents pay a one-time Entrance Fee and a regular monthly
service fee. Residents who meet the initial health qualifications are
considered Lifecare Residents. Their monthly service fees do not increase
if they use the Health Center but they are responsible for the cost of
additional meals, prescriptions, and extraordinary care and supplies.
The Entrance Fee amounts vary according to the type of living arrangement
and fee program a residents chooses at the time of entry. There are two
basic fee plans: Traditional and Refundable. For more detailed information,
we recommend requesting our full brochure at info@brandonwilde.com.
Entrance
Fee - This fee entitles residents to the exclusive right to occupy
their selected apartment or cottage, as well as use of all common areas,
programs and amenities, including the Brandon
Wilde Health Center.
Traditional Plan - This plan offers a prorated refund of the Entrance
Fee during the first forty-seven months of residency. So, if a resident
chooses to leave for any reason, including death, a portion of their Entrance
Fee is reimbursed on a prorated basis, less an administrative fee.
Refundable Plan - When residents leave for any reason, a guaranteed
refund of 80% of the Entrance Fee paid is refunded to their estate under
this plan.
