Deficiency-free survey for Windsor House
In a letter to residents and staff, Executive Director Bruce Marshall reported good news with regard to instances of excellence in service by our staff.
He stated that he was honored to report that Brandon Wilde's annual compliance survey inspection of the Windsor House was conducted in July and the results have been officially endorsed with a rating of "No Deficiencies"!
This outstanding result mirrors a deficiency-free survey in our skilled nursing services in the Pavilion and Arbor earlier this year, and as is always the case - it is through the dedication, clinical excellence, and most importantly the compassion of our health care staff in all levels of care venues that such results are achieved at Brandon Wilde.
He further stated: "As a 'Life Care' community, there is no aspect of our reputation for excellence that is more important, and this most recent recognition of the Windsor House is not only well deserved, but truly has been well earned by Director of Assisted Living and Personal Care, Jennie Phillips, and her entire staff, serving residents and their families 24 hours a day, seven days a week."
