It is governed by a local volunteer Board of Directors composed of leading citizens, business executives and representatives from University Health Care System, Inc. - Brandon Wilde received the "Seal of Approval" by the nationally
recognized Continuing Care Accreditation Commission in 2004. As an accredited
community, Brandon Wilde exceeds the standards of excellence established
by the commission in the areas of financial resources and disclosure,
governance and administration, resident health and wellness, and resident
life and services. Participating in this process assures the consumer
that Brandon Wilde is genuinely interested in continuous improvement to
always provide quality facilities and services, and maintain integrity
in the continuing care retirement industry.
Professional Staff - From our trained dining room wait staff to our highly skilled technicians in maintenance, Brandon Wilde is dedicated to attracting and retaining the best employees in each field. All Brandon Wilde staff members are carefully screened and undergo renowned "Age Sense" training. This includes every member of our team from administrative staff to support and maintenance personnel. The Brandon Wilde Medical Director is a local licensed physician. The Health Center is staffed with a Nursing Home Administrator, Director of Nursing, Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), as well as a fully staffed activities department. Understanding that a community is only as good as its staff has helped us to consistently place among the top 20 communities in the nation. |
